我省搞好国有企业的指导思想是:坚持邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义理论和党的基本路线,按照江泽民同志提出的国有企业改革的八条基本方针,以建立现代企业制度为目标,进一步解放思想,统一认识,大胆探索,勇于实践,把企业改革、改组、改造和加强管理结合起来,着眼于搞好整个国有经济,通过存量资产的流动与重组,对国有企业实施战略性改组,构造产业结构优化和经济高效运行的微观基础,形成国有经济新优势,为实现跨世纪奋斗目标作出更大的贡献。搞好国有企业的主要任务是:深化企业改革,搞好企业改组,推进技术改造,加强企业管理,加强市场开拓,加强扭亏增盈,加强企业领导班子建设。
The guiding ideology of our province to do a good job for state-owned enterprises is to uphold Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and the basic line of the party, and in accordance with the eight basic principles of the reform of state-owned enterprises proposed by Comrade Jiang Zemin, with the goal of establishing a modern enterprise system, further liberation. With ideological thinking, unified understanding, bold exploration, and courage to practice, combining enterprise reform, reorganization, transformation, and strengthening of management, with a view to doing a good job of the entire state-owned economy, implementing strategic reorganization of state-owned enterprises and building industries through the flow and restructuring of stock assets. The micro-foundation of structural optimization and economical and efficient operation will form a new advantage in the state-owned economy and make greater contributions to the goal of achieving cross-century struggle. The major tasks of the state-owned enterprises are to deepen enterprise reform, do a good job of enterprise reorganization, promote technological transformation, strengthen enterprise management, strengthen market development, strengthen losses and increase profits, and strengthen the leadership of enterprises.
