叙述了上海汽轮机厂(现名上海汽轮机有限公司)应用国际公认的具有高精度等级的试验方法共计为8台引进型300MW汽轮机组进行了热力性能试验。试验结果表明,引进型300MW机组的原型及优化型机组的出力和热耗率的实际水平都达到设计保证值,特别是经三步优化后的机组最大出力超过设计值。末级采用905毫米长叶片的外高桥电厂#3机组,以阀门全开(6VWO)工况考核,其出力及热耗率明显优于同类型机组。
Described the Shanghai Steam Turbine Works (now Shanghai Steam Turbine Co., Ltd.) application of internationally accepted high-precision test methods for a total of eight imported 300MW turbine thermal performance test. The test results show that the actual output of the prototype and optimized unit of the imported 300MW unit reach the design guaranteed value, especially the maximum output of the unit after the three-step optimization exceeds the design value. The # 3 unit of the Waigaoqiao Power Plant with 905mm long blade at the last stage was tested with a 6VWO valve and its output and heat rate were significantly better than those of the same type.
