目的探究X线检查时患儿的心理行为反应及护理措施。方法对对照组患儿采取常规护理措施,对观察组患儿在对照组的基础上采取心理护理措施。结果对照组患者的拒绝型、紧张型及合作型明显不如采取护理干预措施后的观察组。结论对X线检查前的患儿采取心理护理措施,可使得患者的不良心理行为反应得到减轻或避免,有效改善X线检查的效果,在临床上具有一定的推广意义。
Objective To investigate the psychological behavior and nursing measures of children with X-ray examination. Methods The children in the control group were given routine nursing measures, and the children in the observation group were taken psychological nursing measures on the basis of the control group. Results The rejection, tension and cooperation in the control group were significantly less than those in the observation group after nursing intervention. Conclusion Psychological nursing measures for children before X-ray examination can reduce or avoid adverse psychological and behavioral reactions in patients and effectively improve the effect of X-ray examination, which is of clinical significance.
