公安机关在执法的过程中经常会出现漠视人权的现象。随着《国家人权行动计划》的出台,如何对警察进行人权教育成为学界关注的问题,而要解决这一问题,首先就应当搞好警察人权教育师资培训的工作。在这一方面,湖南大学人权研究与教育中心曾举办了多次有关人权理论与实践的研修班和培训班,取得了可喜的成绩,同时也积累了丰富的人权培训经验。 Public security organs often overlook the phenomenon of human rights in the process of law enforcement. With the promulgation of the National Action Plan on Human Rights, how to educate the police on human rights has become a concern of the academic circles. To solve this problem, we should first of all do well in the training of police human rights teachers. In this regard, the Human Rights Research and Education Center of Hunan University has held many seminars and training courses on theories and practices of human rights, which have yielded gratifying results and accumulated rich experience in human rights training.
