为了利用单向拉伸试验机开展平板材料的剪切试验,设计了两种形状特殊的剪切试件,即对称剪切试件和偏置剪切试件,并对双相钢材料的两种试件分别进行了试验和数值计算,对比了两种试件的断口倾角、剪切工作区的剪应力分布、以及各应力分量和应力三轴度随加载位移的变化过程。结果表明:两种试件的剪切工作区剪应力分布均匀明显,剪切效果较好;对称剪切试件适用于研究材料的剪切模量、剪应力剪应变关系或者韧性较差材料在剪切模式下的失效破坏;偏置剪切试件适用于研究韧性较好材料的剪切失效破坏。
