2007年7月25日,民政部副部长窦玉沛出席了山东省烟台市老年福利服务规范化现场观摩暨烟台市老年福利服务中心开业庆典,并发表了热情洋溢的讲话。出席开业庆典的有民政部社会福利和社会事务司司长张明亮,财务和机关事务司司长宋志强、办公厅副主任胡晓春,优抚安置局副局长杨国英。庆典结束后,在山东省和烟台市有关负责同志的陪同下,窦玉沛副部长参观了刚刚竣工并投入使用的烟台市老年福利服务中心,并亲切慰问了在院的老年人。(张晓峰报道)
On July 25, 2007, Dou Yupei, Vice Minister of Civil Affairs, attended the opening ceremony of the elderly welfare service standardization site in Yantai, Shandong Province, and the opening ceremony of Yantai Old Age Welfare Service Center and delivered a warm speech. Zhang Mingliang, director of the Social Welfare and Social Affairs Department of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, Song Zhiqiang, director of the Department of Finance and Organ Affairs, Hu Xiaochun, deputy director of the General Office, and Yang Guoying, deputy director of the Special Care and Resettlement Office attended the opening ceremony. After the celebration, accompanied by the relevant responsible comrades in Shandong Province and Yantai City, Vice Foreign Minister Dou Yupei visited the Yantai Senior Welfare Service Center which was just completed and put into operation, and extended his condolences to the elderly in the hospital.
