桂枝汤是张仲景为治疗太阳中风证而设的代表方,笔者除用以治疗太阳表虚证外,抓住阴阳失调,营卫不固的病机,结合病人的临床症状及舌脉变化,适当配伍其他药物,治疗多种疾病,疗效甚佳,兹举验案数则。一、中风偏瘫庞某,男,56岁,1985年12月25日初诊。患者一月前在劳动中突然头晕,左侧肢体软弱而跌倒,发病后即由家人抬送到某医院急诊,诊为“脑血栓形成”,给予低分子右旋糖酐,丹参注射液静脉点滴,口服复方丹参片、潘生丁等治疗2周,症状无改善而自动出院,求治于中医,给予补阳还五汤
