近年来的研究表明,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)在决定动物种属的最大寿限及延缓衰老中起着关键作用。为了进一步探讨我院制药厂生产的百年乐抗衰老功效及其作用机理,我们采用健康小白鼠及地塞米松造成的小鼠类阳虚病理模型作实验,研究百年乐对小鼠红细胞(RBC)中SOD活力的影响。现报告如下。
