探讨组织胺在紫外线(UV)激活纤溶系统(FS)效应中的作用.方法:将14只健康成年犬随机分成3组,UV组和UV+bufrolin(组织胺释放抑制剂)组(各5只犬)行全光谱UV20cm×20cm,447.72mJ/cm2照射胸腹部1次,UV+bufrolin组对UV辐射区皮肤预先局部给予bufrolin;空白组(4只犬)不行UV照射,作对照用.观察3组UV照射后48h内辐射区皮肤组织内组织胺水平及血纤溶酶原激活物(PA)活性的动态变化.结果:UV组在UV照后3h血PA活性明显增高,照后9h达其峰值;辐射区皮肤组织组织胺浓度UV照后9h明显升高,其峰值约在UV照后15h;局部皮肤预先给予bufrolin后,UV+bufrolin组UV照射区皮肤组织内组织胺浓度升高不明显,血PA活性仍明显增高.结论:组织胺可能并不参与UV上调FS活性的作用.
To investigate the role of histamine in UV-activated fibrinolytic system (FS). Methods: Fourteen healthy adult dogs were randomly divided into three groups. UV and buprenamycin (five histamine release) groups were irradiated with UV20cm × 20cm and 447.72mJ / cm2, respectively. The UV + bufrolin Group pre-given to the skin of UV radiation bufrolin; blank group (4 dogs) not UV irradiation, as a control. The changes of histamine and plasminogen activator (PA) activity in the irradiated skin were observed within 48 hours after UV irradiation. Results: The blood PA activity of UV group at 3h after UV irradiation was significantly higher than that at 9h after irradiation, reaching the peak value at 9h after irradiation. The histamine concentration of skin tissue in radiation group increased significantly at 9h after UV irradiation, and the peak value was about 15h after UV irradiation. bufrolin, UV + bufrolin UV irradiation skin tissue histamine concentration was not obvious, blood PA activity was significantly increased. Conclusion: Histamine may not participate in the role of UV up-regulation of FS activity.
