针对煤矿井下支架搬运车绞车绳力小绳速慢的特点,详细研究了绞车的结构组成,通过优化绞车齿轮箱的传动装置,完成了绞车的改进设计,并利用有限元分析平台,校核了绞车结构的强度,验证了绞车改进方案的可行性,经实际工程应用表明,改进后的绞车使用可靠,其绳力及绳速明显改善,极大地提高了液压支架的铲装运输效率,并扩大了支架搬运车的使用范围。
Aiming at the characteristics of low speed and small rope speed of winch of coal mine carriage, the structure of winch was studied in detail. The winch was modified by optimizing the transmission of winch gear box. The finite element analysis platform was used to check the structure of winch. The strength of the winch structure verifies the feasibility of the winch improvement program.
