为探讨在黄斑裂孔手术中安全有效使用过氟化碳气体(C2F6、C3F8)的方法,对31例黄斑裂孔患者进行玻璃体切割、气液交换、随机分3组分别在不同眼压控制下进行长效气体填充。结果:随访1~4个月,总的解剖成功率为83.9%,术中气泵压力在15~17mmHg下,眼内注射0.6~0.8ml过氟化碳气体,术后眼压基本平稳。高峰期在术后24小时,药物可以控制。结论:过氟化碳气体填充要保障安全量和有效气体浓度
