学校是一个特殊场所,具有学生密集、接触密切、年龄集中的特点,是各类突发公共卫生事件的高发场所[1]。2004年我国启动突发公共卫生事件报告管理信息系统,为各类突发公共卫生事件的及时报告提供了科学、有效的平台。为了解湖北省荆门市学校突发公共卫生事件的发生情况,为预防控制及有效处置提供科学依据,笔者对荆门市2007-2011年报告的学校突发公共卫生事件进行流行病学特征分析,现将结果报道如下。
The school is a special place with dense students, close contacts and concentrated age. It is a high incidence place for all kinds of public health emergencies [1]. In 2004, China launched the public health emergencies reporting management information system, which provided a scientific and effective platform for timely reporting of various public health emergencies. In order to understand the occurrence of school public health emergencies in Jingmen City, Hubei Province, and to provide scientific basis for prevention and control and effective disposal, the author analyzed the epidemiological characteristics of school public health emergencies reported in 2007-2011 in Jingmen City. The results are reported below.
