医疗废物携带数量巨大、种类繁多的病原菌,具有极强的传染性〔1〕。医院在医疗废物的收集、转运、贮存、处理的任一环节处理不当,都会造成细菌的传播和医院感染。笔者通过在牡丹江市几家医院进行实地观察、调查,发现各医院临床科室在医疗废物转运过程中均存在着易造成医院感染的问题,下面就各医院普遍存在的问题及其管理对策进行分
Medical waste carries a large number of pathogenic bacteria of a wide variety and is highly contagious (1). Hospital medical waste collection, transport, storage, handling any part of the improper handling, will result in the spread of bacteria and nosocomial infections. Through the field observation and investigation in several hospitals in Mudanjiang City, the author found that clinical departments in various hospitals have problems of easily causing nosocomial infections in the process of medical waste transshipment.
