In the tide of reform and opening up and speeding up of economic construction, how can the postal and telecommunications service departments better shoulder the heavy responsibilities entrusted by the times? Recently, I interviewed some postal and telecommunications political departments in Guangdong and Henan and found two phenomena, Thinking deeply. One of the phenomena: the function of the comprehensive transformation, the funding showed an upward trend. In contrast with the trend of the reduction of the functions of postal and telecommunications departments in previous years, the postal and telecommunications departments have seen an increase in their functions in recent years. This is due to the core role played by the Party committees and political commissions as well as the adaptation of the political departments to the development of post and telecommunications services. Take the postal and social propaganda as an example. Three years ago, the post and telecommunications departments lacked the initiative and effective means to propagandize themselves and thus lost some understanding of the postal and telecommunications business.
