学生的健康成长和素质发展研究,是当前我国教育战线上的一项重要课题。在实施新课程形势下,作为班主任,应重新定位,转变职能。创造和谐的师生关系,尊重学生的个性、人格,使学生自由、主动、和谐的发展;深入到他们中间,全身心地献出自己的爱心,用爱的甘露滋润他们干涸的心田,赢得他们的信任;控制、改造、利用好班上的非正式群体,为班级的建设和管理服务,使学生在班主任的管理下健康成长。
The study on the healthy growth and quality development of students is an important issue on the current educational front in China. Under the situation of implementing the new curriculum, as a teacher in charge of class, we should reposition and change the functions. Create a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, respect students’ individuality and personality, make students develop freely, actively and harmoniously; go deep into them and dedicate their love wholeheartedly; use their sweet dew to moisten their dried heart and win their Trust, control, reform and make good use of informal groups in the class to serve the construction and management of the class so as to enable the students to grow healthily under the teacher’s supervision.
