心理学家认为:学生之间的智力存在差异性,因此,教师必须从学生的实际出发,根据学生的心智技能的差异实施分层要求.要努力创设竞争和取得成功的机会,注重保护学习困难学生学习的积极性.让不同层次的学生都能拥有适合自己水平的数学问题情境,使每一位学生多一份感悟,多一份理解,拥有更多自由思考的时空,都能“跳一跳,摘到桃子”,从中体会到成功的喜悦,感受到努力的价值,从而进一步增强学习的信心.
Psychologists believe that there are differences in intelligence among students. Therefore, teachers must start from the students’ actual conditions and implement stratification requirements according to the difference in students’ mental skills. They must strive to create competition and opportunities for success, and pay attention to the protection of learning difficulties. The enthusiasm of students’ learning allows students at different levels to have a math problem situation that suits their own level, so that each student has more than one comprehension, more understanding, and more free time for thinking. “Picked peaches,” from which I realized the joy of success, and felt the value of hard work, thus further enhancing the confidence of learning.
