在工程施工中,木工在安装现浇整体楼梯模板时常常出错,主要是因为建筑施工图上标注的尺寸和标高,是指装饰完工后的尺寸和标高,而在结构施工图上则是指承重结构(不含装饰层)的尺寸和标高。有的图纸上对施工中需要的一些尺寸,例如平台板底标高、梁底标高、梯段板底与梯梁交线的标高等都没有标出,施工时需另行计算。因此,为减少差错,在立模板之前,施工技术员应先绘出模板放线图。模板放线图就是模板立完后的平面图和剖面图,图中应将对安装模板有用的尺寸
