目前,电炉液压系统中大部分故障都有由于工作介质污染或选择不当,清洁度不够造成的。因此,合理地选择和使用电炉液压工作介质在电炉液压系统中占有十分重要的位置。 根据电炉液压系统的运行规律提出了电炉液压系统对工作介质的技术要求,介绍了水包油型乳化液的特点,指出水包油型乳化液基本上能满足电炉液压系统的要求。文章对三种不同的乳化液进行分析比较。认为,由于乳化液的稳定性不同,则对液压系统中的管道、滤网阀类的污染程度也不同。尤其是电液伺服网,它的灵敏度、快速性和稳定性产生较大的差异,直接影响了电炉液压系统的动态特性和工作效率,由此导致了电炉生产中的电耗、电极消耗、产量及电炉利用系数的不同;也就是说乳化液的稳定性与节能有着密切的关系。 电炉液压系统使用水包油型乳化液,必然会带来密封与润滑这一新课题。文章中简要地介绍了乳化液密封与润滑的原理,对液压元件使用乳化液存在密封不严,润滑不足的问题,初步提出一些解决办法。 文章最后展望了电炉液压工作价质的今后发展,提出了三点看法:①解决乳化液润滑不足的问题;②降低乳化液的冰点,解决乳化液的防冻问题;③通过新的技术途径研制价格低廉、性能优良的无油真水溶液。

Electric furnace hydraulic system using oil-in-water emulsion, will inevitably bring about a new issue of sealing and lubrication. The article briefly introduces the principle of the emulsion seal and lubrication, the use of the hydraulic components of the seal there is not strict, lack of lubrication problems, some preliminary solutions. Lastly, the article forecasted the future development of electric furnace hydraulics work quality, put forward three views: ① solve the problem of insufficient lubrication of emulsion; ② reduce the freezing point of emulsion, to solve the antifreeze problem of emulsion; ③ through the development of new technology approach price Low-cost, high performance oil-free true solution.
