我队于1978-1979年调进东德W50L型依发柴油汽车100辆.其发动机为直列气缸、四冲程,S=120毫米(缸径)×145毫米(冲程),标定功率为125马力,压缩比ε=18.1,曲轴主轴径为φ90毫米,连杆轴颈为φ80毫米,怠速润滑油压力为2.2±0.2公斤/(厘米)~2、高速润滑油压力为5.2±0.7公斤/厘米~2,润滑油主流用带有限压阀的纸质滤清器,支流用旋转式滤清器,油池内装有渐开线换热器.主轴承及连杆轴承均采用薄壁钢带巴氏合金滑动轴承.采用齿轮式润滑油泵供油.根据我省气温条件,选用润滑油冬季用HC-11~#、夏季用HC-14~#为宜.在使用过程中,发动机润滑油压力过高,势必增加润滑油的消耗.现仅就润滑油压力下降以及其它一些故障原因,谈如下看法.
