本文从分子生物学角度对丙型流感病毒的流行病学进行了评述,对丙型流感病毒的形态和基因组结构以及病毒所编码的7个蛋白多肽及其编码分配加以阐述,通过对丙型流感病毒的体内、外重组及其动物宿主的讨论,从分子水平上阐明了丙型流感病毒基因组之间存在着变异,这对了解丙型流感病毒的生物学特性和致病性有重要意义。此外,本文还对丙型流感病毒的分子流行病学与甲、乙型进行了比较。
In this paper, the epidemiology of influenza C virus was reviewed from the perspective of molecular biology. The morphological and genomic structure of the influenza C virus and the seven protein polypeptides encoded by the virus and their coding and distribution were described. Influenza C The discussion of in vivo and in vitro recombination of viruses and their animal hosts elucidated the molecular variation of the genome of HCV C, which is important for understanding the biological characteristics and pathogenicity of HCV. In addition, this article also compared the molecular epidemiology of influenza A virus with A and B types.
