一、立定跳远的站立方式在立定跳远过程中,很多教师都忽略立定跳远的站立方式。很多学生在立定跳远站立时,不是两脚分立太大,就是分立太小,要么就是两脚并立。在分立时很多学生的脚尖成外八字形。以上的站立方式都不正确,不利于力量的爆发,正确的站立方式应该是:两脚平行开立与肩基本同宽,两脚尖稍内扣。经过对多届七八九年级男女生的反复试验,得出的结论是两脚平行开立与肩同宽脚尖稍内扣的站立方式有利于力量的爆发。
