目的 :比较ANB角、Wits值、APDI指数、Bata角4个指标评估骨性Ⅱ类错上下颌骨矢状位置关系的相关性和变异系数。方法:随机选择60例骨性Ⅱ类错患者正畸治疗前的X线头颅定位侧位片,同时测量ANB角、Wits值、APDI指数、Bata角4个指标,测量结果进行相关度和变异程度分析。结果:4项指标之间均显著相关,APDI指数变异系数最小,Wits值变异系数最大。结论:ANB角、Wits值、APDI指数、Bata角均可作为骨性Ⅱ类错颌骨矢状关系的评价指标,APDI指数更具可靠性,宜进行综合分析。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the correlation and coefficient of variation of maxillary and mandibular sagittal position of skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion by comparing ANB angle, Wits value, APDI index and Bata angle. Methods: Sixty patients with skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusion were randomly selected, and X - ray cranial localization was performed before orthodontic treatment. The ANB angle, Wits value, APDI index and Bata angle were also measured. Correlation and variability Degree analysis. Results: The four indicators were significantly related, APDI index coefficient of variation is the smallest, Wits value of the largest coefficient of variation. Conclusion: The ANB angle, Wits value, APDI index and Bata angle can all be used as the evaluation indexes for the sagittal skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion. The APDI index is more reliable and should be analyzed comprehensively.
