由于国内建筑市场的巨大商机、“发散禁现”和“建材下乡”等政策的实施,商品混凝土行业发展迅速。在这样大好的形势下,我们还要看到混凝土行业出现的另一面:价格恶性竞争、企业经营难度增大、质量争端屡见。如何能改善这一局面,使商品混凝土行业健康、有序地发展,是业内亟待解决的问题。在这方面,江苏省建筑钢结构混凝土协会走到了前面,他们为了保证建设工程质量,防止由于混凝土质量问题造成工程质量和安全事故的发生,及时遏制省内部分地区混凝土市场价格混乱、部分企业经营及市场行为不规范等问题的蔓延,提出了“建立江苏省混凝土行业自律、互律机制的指导性意见”。本刊进行转载,希望意见稿中的部分内容条款能在全国范围的商品混凝土行业内进行推广。
