梨树塔隧道为分离式黄土隧道,于2013年6月1日在K18+558掌子面位置发生塌方,湿软黄土大量涌出,初支变形严重,侵入净空最大达35cm,,二衬出现裂缝,局部出现塌坑,严重影响到隧道施工安全及施工进度。针对该隧道病害的特征、形成原因进行分析及处治方案比选,最终确定采用地表旋喷桩加固综合治理方案,监控量测数据表明:围岩强度及稳定性明显改善,隧道收敛变形得到有效控制,施工进度明显加快,取得了良好的治理效果,为今后类似土质隧道病害治理提供了借鉴。
