随着市场经济的发展和深入,市场营销人才成为最紧缺的人才。但是高职院校市场营销专业毕业生的质和量都不能满足企业对市场营销专业人才的需求。主要原因在于教学方法落后、课程设置模式僵化。研究分析高职院校市场营销专业的培养目标,提出对市场营销人才的主要能力要求及高职院校市场营销专业科学、高效的课程设置和教学方法。
With the development of market economy and in-depth, marketing personnel become the most scarce talent. However, the quality and quantity of marketing graduates in vocational colleges can not meet the needs of marketing professionals. The main reason is that teaching methods are backward and the curriculum model is rigid. Researching and analyzing the training target of marketing major in higher vocational colleges, putting forward the main ability requirements of marketing talents and the scientific and efficient course setting and teaching methods of marketing major in higher vocational colleges.
