石油部物探局器件厂产品鉴定会于一九八三年十月二十七日至二十九日在河北省涿县召开,来自14个省市76个单位的135名代表参加了会议。这次鉴定会主要是对半导体器件厂最近生产的SF014、SF253低功耗运算放大器和SF710、SF2—710单、双高速电压比较器四种产品,进行Ⅱ类产品生产定型局级鉴定。会议听取并审查了器件厂四个产品的试制报告;审查了有关的技术、经济文件及图纸;检测产品的主要技术性能;审查了生产工艺及工艺生产线。会议还听取并审查了器
The Product Identification of the Geophysical Bureau Component Factory of the Ministry of Petroleum was held in Yixian County, Hebei Province from October 27 to 29, 1983, and 135 delegates from 76 units in 14 provinces and cities attended the meeting. The appraisal will be mainly on the semiconductor device factory recently produced SF014, SF253 low-power operational amplifier and SF710, SF2-710 single, dual high-speed voltage comparator four products for Class II product stereotypes Bureau-level identification.
