This paper introduces a data acquisition and analysis system composed of a universal microcomputer for testing the dynamic parameters of the arc welding process and testing and assessing the dynamic characteristics of the arc welding power supply. The experiment proves that the system has the advantages of friendly software interface, high testing accuracy, strong function and high reliability.
