患者,女,31岁。因“面部红斑1年,伴右腋下胀痛性肿块6个月“于1995年2月5日收入院。入院检查:T37.8℃,BP15.4/9.8kPa,P78次/分,P16次/分。一般状况尚好,心肺正常,肝、脾未触及。皮肤科情况:双侧面颊可见对称性蝶形暗红斑,边界清楚,双指(趾)甲下呈红色,遇冷加剧,口腔粘膜未见溃疡。右侧腋窝肿块约5cm×5cm大小,质软,边缘清楚,活动度良好,触痛明显。实验室检查:WBC6.1×10~9/L,
