以具有代表性的中国陆架浅海黄海和渤海为研究海域,采用TPTZ方法测定了夏季该海域溶解态的单糖(MCHO)、多糖(PCHO)和总糖(TCHO)的浓度,对其在表层、微表层、两个断面的分布以及微表层富集情况进行了研究。结果表明:表层和微表层海水中MCHO、PCHO和TCHO浓度分布相似,均表现出近岸高外海低的规律;在低温高盐度的黄海冷水团影响下,两个断面MCHO、PCHO和TCHO浓度在部分站位出现低值;黄、渤海海域中溶解碳水化合物在微表层有不同程度的富集,其富集程度跟海面状况及水体性质有关。
The representative shelf waters of China’s continental shelf, the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea, were used as the study waters. The concentrations of monochlorate (MCHO), polysaccharide (PCHO) and total sugar (TCHO) in dissolved waters were measured by TPTZ method in summer. Micro-surface layer, the distribution of two sections and micro-surface enrichment were studied. The results showed that the concentrations of MCHO, PCHO and TCHO in the surface water and micro-surface seawater were similar, both of which showed the rule of low offshore high sea. Under the influence of the cold and high salinity of the Yellow Sea cold water mass, the concentrations of MCHO, PCHO and TCHO In some stations, there were low values. The dissolved carbohydrates in the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea were enriched in different degrees on the micro-surface. The enrichment degree was related to the sea surface condition and the nature of the water body.
