本试验通过提温培育亲鱼,将怀头鲇的繁殖时间提前了17天。从4月5日开始逐渐提高水温,到4月20日水温达到20℃。亲鱼经过39天的培育,于5月24日进行人工催产。共催产20组,实产18组,催产率为90%,共产约200万粒卵;抽样估算受精率为93.5%,受精卵约为187万粒;孵出水花约160万尾,孵化率为85.56%。试验表明,怀头鲇在寒区可以提早15天以上进行繁殖。
