奉行何种道德原则并不是一个已经解决的问题。这是因为,现行的集体主义原则既不是一级道德原则,也不适宜市场经济社会,而由思想家主张的各种应然道德原则,也无不存在这样或那样的不足。一个合理的道德原则,应该同时满足六个方面的条件。而这里提出的人本道德原则就是这样的道德原则,它依据马克思的一贯性价值诉求设计,具体表述为:“以人的全面自由发展为至善,以每个人的全面自由发展为一切人全面自由发展的条件”。人本道德规范系统是一个开放的系统,除了从人本道德原则引衍各种更具体的道德规范以外,也以人本道德原则为标准,从各种既有道德规范系统中吸纳合理的成分来充实自己。
