在经济发展的带动下,我国旅游行业迎来了较大的发展契机,旅游人才的需求量也逐渐增多。高职院校有必要加强旅游教育的模式创新,并在培养学生的专业能力的同时,实现对学生的素质培养,全面提升学生的综合素质能力。本文简要的就高职院校实现学生能力与素质培养的目标进行说明,就当前教育工作中存在的问题进行分析。并在这基础上就高职院校旅游专业的教育模式创新实践进行探究,以期为提高高职院校旅游专业教育质量提供参考。
Driven by economic development, China’s tourism industry ushered in a larger development opportunity, the demand for tourism talent also gradually increased. Higher vocational colleges need to strengthen the mode innovation of tourism education. While cultivating students ’professional abilities, it is necessary to cultivate the students’ qualities and comprehensively improve their overall quality and ability. This article briefly describes the objectives of higher vocational colleges to achieve the cultivation of students’ abilities and qualities, and analyzes the existing problems in current education. On this basis, this paper probes into the innovative practice of tourism specialty in higher vocational colleges in order to provide reference for improving the quality of tourism education in higher vocational colleges.
