近几年来,对于连铸薄板坯直轧工艺,人们用各种方法对均温时的晶粒粗化、控轧中析出物及再结晶进行了研究。在直轧中,微合金化具有更好的效果,不足之处是初始晶粒粗大和压缩比较小。与传统工艺相比,在一些直轧工艺中,其产品性能指数接近甚至在个别方面更优。本文主要叙述各研究机构在提高薄板坯连铸连轧的产品内部质量方面所做的工作及其所用的方法。
In recent years, continuous casting of thin slab straight rolling process, people use a variety of methods when the average grain temperature coarsening, controlled rolling precipitation and recrystallization were studied. In direct rolling, microalloying has a better effect, the downside is the initial coarse grains and the compression ratio is small. Compared with the traditional process, in some direct rolling process, its product performance index close to or even better in individual aspects. This paper mainly describes the work done by various research institutes in improving the internal quality of thin slab continuous casting and rolling products and the methods used.
