金融危机已经成为经济、金融领域的一个不再陌生的词。社会上无论是拿着微薄薪水的公职人员还是掌控金融领域的巨头都在时时刻刻关注着次贷危机可能带来的损失。物价飞涨、通胀严重、股市狂跌、公司破产,这些词我们已经不再陌生。混乱的经济秩序中人人都惶恐不安,08年的这次金融风暴的影响一直延续的现在没有修复完全。尽管每一次危机的爆发,其所在国家、所处历史环境各不相同,也都有其各自的特征、原因和影响程度,但在其错综复杂的因素中也包含着诸多共同之处。本文就此探讨其共同触发原因以及对我国金融业的法律监管的启示。
The financial crisis has become a no stranger to the economic and financial fields. Whether in the community with meager salary public officials or giants in charge of the financial sector are always concerned about the possible subprime mortgage crisis. Soaring prices, serious inflation, stock market plunge, the company bankruptcy, these words we are no longer unfamiliar. Everyone in the chaotic economic order is in no mood for fear. The impact of the financial crisis in 2008 has not been completely repaired now. Although each crisis has its own history, its own country has its own characteristics, causes and effects, but also contains many things in common with its complicated factors. This article explores its common triggering reason as well as the legal supervision of the financial industry in our country.
