目的探索上海城区不同住区类型蚊虫侵害的特点,分析原因及提出防治对策。方法选取上海市中心城区同一区域3个不同住区类型设置CO2捕蚊机监测点,于2013年4-11月进行224 d连续性成蚊监测。结果监测结果显示,上海城区住区环境白纹伊蚊占捕蚊总数的72.35%,为优势蚊种,密度显著高于次优势蚊种淡色库蚊〔11.91vs.4.21只/(台·d),P<0.05〕;旧式里弄环境的成蚊密度、白纹伊蚊构成比均显著高于高层住宅与老式别墅环境〔成蚊密度28.91只/(台·d),构成比为76.60%,均P<0.05〕。结论住区是城市中人口较集中的区域,上海城区住区环境的白纹伊蚊侵害状况不容乐观,尤其在环境相对较差的旧式里弄环境,该蚊侵害及其介导传染病的潜在威胁需引起重视。
Objective To explore the characteristics of mosquitoes infested by different residential areas in Shanghai urban area, analyze the causes and propose control measures. Methods The monitoring sites of CO2 mosquito traps were set up in 3 different settlements in the same area of downtown Shanghai and 224 days of continuous mosquitoes were monitored from April to November in 2013. Results The monitoring results showed that Aedes albopictus occupying 72.35% of the total number of mosquitoes in urban area of Shanghai, which was the dominant mosquito species. The density was significantly higher than that of the dominant mosquito Culex pipiens pallens [11.91 vs 4.21 / , P <0.05]. The adult mosquito density and Aedes albopictus ratio in the old environment were significantly higher than that in the high-rise residential buildings and the old villas [adult mosquito density 28.91 / (Tai), the ratio was 76.60% P <0.05]. Conclusion Residential areas are the most populated areas in the city. The situation of Aedes albopictus in residential areas in Shanghai urban area is not optimistic, especially in the old environment where the environment is relatively poor.
