1990~1993年对山东省农村贫困地区3000余名学龄前儿童开展了营养监测与改善工作。基线调查表明,儿童膳食植物性食物占90%以上,动物性食物摄入量少且品种单调。每日蛋白质、热量及其它大部分营养素的摄入量未达到供给量标准.营养不良发生率为14.9%~16.8%,血红蛋白低下率平均为62.2%。针对存在问题,实施了营养干预措施。1993年调查表明,血红蛋白低下率已降至13.3%,群众营养知识水平已有较大提高。建议进一步加强营养知识宜教,国家应该从立法上对营养工作给予保障。
From 1990 to 1993, more than 3,000 preschool children in rural poverty-stricken areas in Shandong Province were monitored and improved their nutrition. The baseline survey showed that children’s dietary plant foods accounted for more than 90%, animal food intake and monotonous varieties. Daily intake of protein, calories and most other nutrients did not meet the supply standards. The incidence of malnutrition was 14.9% ~ 16.8%, the average hemoglobin low rate was 62.2%. In response to the problem, nutrition interventions were implemented. In 1993, the survey showed that the low hemoglobin rate has dropped to 13.3%, and the mass nutrition knowledge level has been greatly improved. Proposal to further strengthen nutrition knowledge should be taught, the state should from the legislative protection of nutrition work.
