目的:优选猪去氧胆酸镁盐的制备工艺。方法:通过单因素实验确定加水量、pH值、温度、氯化镁用量为影响因子,然后利用Box-Behnken设计方法建立实验模型,以猪去氧胆酸的收率为响应值进行响应曲面分析,确定最优的制备工艺。结果:猪去氧胆酸镁盐的最佳制备工艺为加入皂化物重量5倍的纯化水,pH值9.00,温度60℃,氯化镁用量为猪胆汁皂化物重量的0.25倍,猪去氧胆酸收率达到45.65%。结论:响应曲面分析法得到的优化条件完全可行,能够提高原料利用率,降低生产成本。
Objective: To optimize the preparation of magnesium deoxycholate. Methods: The single factor experiment was used to determine the amount of water, pH, temperature and the amount of magnesium chloride as influential factors. Then, the experimental model was established by Box-Behnken design method. Response surface analysis was performed with the yield of hyodeoxycholic acid Excellent preparation process. Results: The optimal preparation of magnesium deoxycholate was 5 times the weight of saponified water, pH value 9.00, temperature 60 ℃, the dosage of magnesium chloride was 0.25 times of the weight of pork saponin, the molar yield of hyodeoxycholic acid Reached 45.65%. Conclusion: The optimal conditions obtained by response surface analysis are feasible and can improve the utilization rate of raw materials and reduce the production cost.
