目的:分析系统护理对慢性胃炎患者生活质量的影响.方法:取150例慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象,分为观察组(76例)和对照组(74例).治疗期间,为对照组实行常规护理,为观察组实行系统护理,比较两组护理前后生活质量.结果:护理前,两组生活质量量表(SF-36)相近(P>0.05);护理后,两组SF-36评分均提升,观察组SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:系统护理对慢性胃炎患者生活质量具有积极影响作用,能有效提升患者生活质量.
