　　To develop a method for the determination of astragaloside in Shenqibuxue Granules (Radix Astragali, Angelicae Sinensis, Atractylodes macrocephala, etc.).HPLC-ELSD was used in the quantitative analysis by setting ZORBAX SB-C18 (4.6 mm× 150 mm, 5μm) chromatography column and acetonitril-water (33 ∶ 67) as a mobile phase.The flow rate of mobile phase was 1.0 mL.min-1.The temperature of chromatography column for measurement was 25 ℃.The temperature of drift tube for measurement was 100.2℃ and the flow rate of N2 was 2.7 L·min-1.The injection volume was 20μl.
