为了提高薄板板材横、纵向组织和性能,采用包覆叠轧法制备的冷轧坯,经MSB-6C-1780冷轧机冷轧和真空退火后生产出了1.3~2 mm×1550 mm×2000 mm的TC4宽幅薄板。对比分析了不同冷加工率对板材组织与性能的影响,并考虑生产现状,将冷轧加工率控制在20%,制得了表面良好和各向异性优良的TC4薄板,其横、纵向强度差值可控制在30 MPa以内,满足了技术标准要求。
In order to improve the transverse and longitudinal microstructure and properties of the sheet, the cold-rolled blank prepared by the overlap-rolling method was produced by cold rolling and vacuum annealing of MSB-6C-1780 cold rolling mill to produce 1.3-2 mm × 1550 mm × 2000 mm TC4 wide sheet. The effects of different cold working rates on the microstructure and properties of the sheet were compared and analyzed. The production rate of the cold rolled sheet was controlled to 20%. The TC4 sheet with good surface and excellent anisotropy was obtained. The difference of transverse and longitudinal strength Control within 30 MPa, to meet the technical standards.
