在热环境下劳动包括行军、训练时,体热蓄积和循环机能的紧张度,反映在体温上升和心率加快上,受到体内外诸因素制约而有一定的限度。当其超过了机体所能耐受的生理限度,必将导致病理过程的发生。至于这一生理上限,国外各家报道和采用的标准不尽一致。结合我军实际素质,也缺乏这方面系统资料。本工作通过青年战士在不同热强度下进行不同强度劳动,观察其生理机能变化,评定出直肠温度和心率的三级生理上限,和部队野外实用的卫生监督方法,以期作为我军的卫生学评价和监督的标准。
