目的:研究兔胆囊炎模型腹部循胆经高温反应与瘦素含量的相关性。方法:实验用健康家兔分为正常对照组10只,胆囊炎模型组15只。胆总管缩窄结扎,于胆囊内注射大肠杆菌液0.1mL制作胆囊炎模型。造模后第3、7、11天分别沿胆经腹段,采用AGA-782型红外热像仪系统做体表热像图观察和记录。切取模型组循经高温反应部位皮下组织和对照组相应部位的组织,采用放射免疫法检测上清液内瘦素含量,并进行组织切片甲苯胺蓝染色的形态学观察。结果:体表红外检测结果显示模型组约有70%的动物在左右腹侧沿胆经的位置出现长短不一的循经高温反应(0.5~1.4℃)带或区,右侧多于左侧,而对照组则未显温度升高变化。模型组患侧和对侧循经高温反应部位的瘦素含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。另外,通过观察组织切片,在红外热像仪所测的高温反应皮下组织内,脂肪细胞多沿血管排列;对照组脂肪细胞的分布显得较疏松,而在模型组发生循经高温反应的组织内,脂肪细胞排列显得拥挤。结论:脂肪细胞分泌的瘦素与循经高温反应有一定相关性。
OBJECTIVE: To study the correlation between leptin and high-temperature reaction of abdomen in rabbits with cholecystitis. Methods: The experimental rabbits were divided into normal control group (n = 10) and cholecystitis model group (n = 15). Common bile duct narrowing ligation, in the gallbladder injection of E. coli 0.1mL production of cholecystitis model. On the 3rd, 7th and 11th days after modeling, respectively, along the gallbladder abdominal segment using AGA-782 thermal imaging system to do body surface thermography observation and recording. Tissues from the subcutaneous tissue of the model group and the corresponding parts of the control group were cut through the hyperthermic reaction site. The leptin content in the supernatant was detected by radioimmunoassay. Toluidine blue staining was used to observe the morphological changes. Results: The results of body surface IR showed that about 70% of the animals in the model group showed different bands or zones along the gallbladder at the left and right ventral abdomen, , While the control group did not show the temperature changes. The leptin content in the model group at the ipsilateral and contralateral high temperature reaction sites was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). In addition, by observing the tissue sections, the adipocytes were mostly arranged along the blood vessels in the subcutaneous tissue under the high temperature reaction measured by the infrared thermograph. The distribution of the adipocytes in the control group appeared more loosely, but in the tissues that underwent high temperature reaction , Fat cells arranged in crowded. Conclusion: The leptin secreted by adipocytes has some correlation with the high temperature reaction.
