b-轴取向MFI型分子筛膜是一种具有特殊纳米孔道结构的硅铝分子筛膜,在膜分离、膜反应器、化学传感器等领域有着广泛的应用前景,受到国内外学者的普遍关注。本文综述了b-轴取向MFI型分子筛膜制备工艺方面的研究进展,详细介绍了原位水热合成法和二次生长法制备工艺;重点总结和评价了近年来在载体表面修饰、b-轴取向分子筛晶种层制备和水热合成条件调控等方面的最新研究成果。在深入分析了各种取向分子筛膜制备方法优缺点的基础上,对b-轴取向MFI型分子筛膜制备工艺的发展趋势进行了展望。
The b-axis oriented MFI-type zeolite membrane is a silica-alumina molecular sieve membrane with a special nano-pore structure. It has wide application prospects in membrane separation, membrane reactor, chemical sensor and other fields, and has attracted widespread attention of domestic and foreign scholars. In this paper, the progress in the preparation of b-axis oriented MFI zeolite membranes is reviewed. The in-situ hydrothermal synthesis method and the secondary growth method are reviewed in detail. The recent progress in the preparation of carrier surface modification, b-axis Oriented molecular sieve seed layer preparation and conditions of hydrothermal synthesis and other aspects of the latest research results. Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various oriented molecular sieve membrane preparation methods, the development trend of the preparation process of b-axial oriented MFI zeolite membrane is prospected.
