在当今知识经济时代,人力资源是组织发展最核心的因素之一,人才竞争是知识经济时代竞争的显著特色。培训正是打造组织这一核心竞争优势的重要手段,建立学习型组织已成为企业家们的共识。一、培训需求产生的原因及影响因素(一)培训需求产生的原因有工作变化、人员变化、绩效低下。工作变化是指工作内容、工作环境的显著变化,或者是干脆重新接受一项崭新的工作。组织或个人要想发展,就必须对变化做出灵活的反应。人员变化是指重新录用或选拔人员来从事原来的工作,新上岗人员必须适应新环境,尽快熟悉工作任务内容、工作标准。
In today’s era of knowledge economy, human resources are one of the most central factors in organizational development. Talent competition is a distinctive feature of competition in the era of knowledge economy. Training is an important means to create an organization’s core competitive advantage. The establishment of a learning organization has become the consensus of entrepreneurs. I. Reasons and Influencing Factors of Training Demand (I) Training needs arise from changes in work, changes in personnel, and low performance. Changes in work refer to significant changes in work content and work environment, or simply accepting a new job. If organizations or individuals want to develop, they must respond flexibly to changes. Personnel change refers to the re-employment or selection of personnel to perform the original work. Newly-employed personnel must adapt to the new environment and become familiar with the content of work tasks and work standards as soon as possible.
