通常认为,水稻等禾谷类种子中的α~-淀粉酶是在萌发过程中通过赤霉素的诱导产生。然而,我们在研究杂交水稻汕优6号时发现其干种子胚乳中预存有α-淀粉酶活性;用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳进一步证实了其它一些杂交水稻干种子中存在着α-淀粉酶同工酶。杂交水稻这一特性是杂种幼苗器官生长优势的重要生理基础之一,对其形成机理有待研究。为此,我们进行了本试验。
