贴片机是SMT生产线中最重要、最关键的设备,其贴装效率对整条SMT生产线生产效率的提升至关重要。分析影响多头拱架型贴片机贴装效率的因素,采用改进蚁群算法实现对SM421贴片机(多头拱架型)的贴装过程进行优化。实验结果表明为多头拱架型贴片机贴装工艺提出的优化方法复杂度较低、易于实现,缩短了SMB(表面组装印制电路板)的贴装时间,较好地提升了生产效率。
SMT machine SMT production line is the most important and crucial equipment, the placement efficiency of the entire SMT production line production efficiency is crucial. The paper analyzes the factors affecting the mounting efficiency of multi-head arch mounter and optimizes the placement process of SM421 mounter by using the improved ant colony algorithm. The experimental results show that the optimization method proposed for the multi-head arch mounter placement process has low complexity and is easy to implement, which shortens the mounting time of the SMB (Surface Mount Printed Circuit Board) and improves the production efficiency.
