目的研究硼卡钠(sodium borocaptate,BSH)对Hela和HIEC细胞辐射后增殖能力的影响。方法用137Csγ射线对BSH作用下的Hela和HIEC细胞进行不同剂量的一次性照射(1Gy,2Gy,4Gy,6Gy,8Gy),剂量率为0.8Gy/min。分别采用四甲基偶氮噻唑蓝(MTT)法检测和细胞克隆形成法检测细胞增殖情况。结果 MTT实验表明0.0036mg/ml~0.1150mg/ml BSH对3Gy照射后细胞具有明显的辐射保护作用(P<0.05);克隆形成实验发现BSH终浓度为0.060mg/ml时,对不同剂量的辐射损伤具有不同程度的保护作用。结论一定浓度的BSH对照后Hela细胞和HIEC细胞具有明显的促进增殖作用。
Objective To study the effects of sodium borocaptate (BSH) on the proliferation of Hela and HIEC cells after irradiation. Methods Hela cells and HIEC cells treated with BSS were irradiated with 137Csγ ray at different dosages (1Gy, 2Gy, 4Gy, 6Gy, 8Gy) at a dose rate of 0.8 Gy / min. Cell proliferation was detected by MTT assay and cell clone formation assay respectively. Results MTT assay showed that BSH 0.0036mg / ml ~ 0.1150mg / ml had a significant protective effect on the cells irradiated with 3Gy (P <0.05). When the final concentration of BSH was 0.060mg / ml, Damage has varying degrees of protection. Conclusion A certain concentration of BSH control Hela cells and HIEC cells have a significant role in promoting proliferation.
