本文基于杭州市的调查数据,实证分析了人际信任与组织信任的关系及转化路径。研究发现,总体层面上人际信任与组织信任相互促进,但是由于我国“关系本位”的信任文化以及当前的社会现实,不同类型的人际信任、组织信任之间存在很大差异。本文最后就如何在我国建立人与组织的普遍性信任提出了见解。
Based on the survey data of Hangzhou, this paper empirically analyzes the relationship between interpersonal trust and organizational trust and the transformation path. The study found that on the general level, interpersonal trust and organizational trust promote each other, but due to the trust culture of our country “relationship ” and the current social reality, there are great differences between different types of interpersonal trust and organizational trust. At the end of this article, I give my opinion on how to establish the universal trust of people and organizations in our country.
