目的探讨畸胎瘤细胞源性生长因子(PC cell-derived growth factor,PCDGF)、CD44v6、细胞间黏附分子-1(Intercellular adhesion molecule-1,ICAM-1)在结肠癌中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测40例结肠癌组织和40例癌旁非癌组织中PCDGF、CD44v6、ICAM-1的表达水平,并进行综合分析。结果癌组织PCDGF、CD44v6、ICAM-1表达率分别为62.5%(25/40)、52.5%(21/40)和62.5%(25/40),明显高于癌旁组织中的5.0%(2/40)、7.5%(3/40)和5.0%(2/40),差异有统计学意义(χ2=-27.1,17.2,27.1,P均<0.01)。PCDGF、CD44v6、ICAM-1在癌组织表达率与淋巴结转移、远处转移及Dukes分期有关,与组织分化程度、浸润深度无关。结论结肠癌中PCDGF、CD44v6、ICAM-1的表达水平明显升高,三者参与了结肠癌的发生及转移过程。
Objective To investigate the expression of PCD-C, CD44v6 and Intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in human colon cancer and their clinical significance significance. Methods The expression of PCDGF, CD44v6 and ICAM-1 in 40 cases of colorectal cancer and 40 cases of non-cancerous non-cancerous tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and analyzed comprehensively. Results The positive rates of PCDGF, CD44v6 and ICAM-1 in cancer tissue were 62.5% (25/40), 52.5% (21/40) and 62.5% (25/40), respectively, which were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues / 40), 7.5% (3/40) and 5.0% (2/40), respectively. The difference was statistically significant (χ2 = -27.1,17.2,27.1, P <0.01). The expression rates of PCDGF, CD44v6 and ICAM-1 in cancer tissues were correlated with lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and Dukes stage, but not with the degree of tissue differentiation and the depth of invasion. Conclusion The expression of PCDGF, CD44v6 and ICAM-1 in colorectal cancer was significantly increased. The three involved in the carcinogenesis and metastasis of colon cancer.
