我局遵照上级公安机关、财政和档案管理部门的规定,不断地改进和加强财会档案的管理,形成了正常的财会档案立卷归档制度。最近,我们对财会档案进行了集中整理、鉴定、调换卷袋和编目工作,建立了专门的财会档案类别,从而更方便了查找和利用。我局的财会档案工作,大体上分三个阶段:(一)从一九四八年开封解放后成立市公安局起,到一九五六年止,财会档案由财会人员自己保管;(二)从一九五六年成立市局档案室后直到去年,财会档案按照文书处理部门立卷归档的原则,由财会人员整理装订成册,移交档案室立卷编目,集中到档
